JOB DESCRIPTION

Generating leads and referrals via 3rd party resellers and system integrators that can be converted by the direct sales force into revenue.  The Director of Channel Sales will recruit a portfolio of partners and resellers in an assigned Accounting/ERP Channel to achieve the primary referral and revenue goals.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This individual will be primarily responsible for establishing and managing a partner channel of mid-level value-added resellers (VARs) and system integrators (SIs) to work directly with DiCentral on integrating the DiCentral solution into their back office applications.
  • This individual will be required to administer this channel by identifying strong partners throughout North America, establishing and maintaining an ongoing business relationship with these partners, and facilitating the training and support of these partners on the DiCentral solution.  The tasks will include:
  • Defining the DiCentral-specific requirements to become a value-added partner
  • Monitoring and managing the execution of all customer integrations that are assigned to partners
  • Working with DiCentral internal teams on enhancing integration procedures and processes as well as generating relevant internal and external communications
  • Establishing and managing a process to measure the performance of the partners

Other Duties:

  • Manage marketing functions related to assigned Channel Partner
  • Become channel subject-matter expert Represent DiCentral in all communications with assigned Channel community
