What You Will Do

The Demand Generation Specialist performs a variety of functions to generate leads, create appointments and communicate with potential clients as well as DiCentral’s Business Development team. This position is primarily responsible for making outbound cold and warm calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and meet cross-organizational sales goals. 

  • Call on targeted leads and communicate DiCentral solutions to potential customers
  • Set/Schedule sales appointments for outside sales team
  • Document activity in CRM


Requirements

What You Will Bring

  • Strong spoken and written communication skills
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications
  • Great phone skills
